What is Happy Feet?
One-and-a-half-year-old Aaira tips water from one cup into another, slowly, and gets every drop in for the first time. Four-year-old Kabir drops a lemon into a tub to see if it floats, then insists on testing an orange too. Nine-year-old Meher dusts a glass for fingerprints and matches them to a suspect. That's an afternoon at Happy Feet: after-school and holiday programmes for children from 12 months to 12 years, each one planned around what children of that age are ready to do next.
We work from the Aarambh PreSchool campus in Mowa, backed by 15 years of early-years practice. Children come to us from schools across Raipur. Parents tell us the difference shows at home.
